Refund Policy –
– Payment in full is required on booking a tour.
– A tour ticket is transferable to a different tour/date if within the same category of tour and at least 2 weeks prior to original tour date.
– Tours will only run if a minimum of 2 people have booked – if your tour is cancelled because of low numbers you may opt for a refund or change the tour date to one of equal or lesser value.
– No refunds are given for change of mind, with the exception of extreme circumstances where you can contact us and refunds will be given at our discretion.
-All queries and faults related to products purchased from stores, will need to contact the store direct. The White Room does not take responsibility for any purchased goods from individual stores.
Privacy Statement –
If you contact us we will collect the email address you nominate and any other identifying information you provide, such as a name or phone number. You will not be subscribed to our email distribution list without permission.
We do not provide any information provided to us to third parties or government agencies.
If you ask us about an issue that needs to be dealt with by another agency, we will provide you with the necessary details to make contact yourself. You may opt out of further contact from us at any time.
